Roasted Red Potatoes

Roasted Red Potatoes can be a great side dish to prepare when time is short.

Let’s be real: Fixing dinner on a weeknight can be a hassle sometimes.

It’s difficult enough coming up with an entree idea and preparing that, let alone making a full meal, including sides.

(Prefer your potatoes with cheese? Here’s a great recipe for Cheesy Potatoes!)

Today, I want to share with you a side dish full of flavor and with a fast prep. In fact, you can prepare the potatoes for baking in less than 10 minutes.

Roasted Red Potatoes Prep:

Simple rinse and cube a 5 pound bag of potatoes.

In a quart-sized plastic bag, add the potatoes, olive oil, and seasonings.

Mix thoroughly by massaging the closed bag with your hands.

Empty onto a baking sheet lined with foil and sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.

Roasted Red Potatoes

Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes.

While the roasted red potatoes are baking, you can finish preparing your meal.

Since the oven is on anyway, might as well bake some chicken or pork chops!
