Hidden Valley Ranch Mini-Cracker Snacks made with Hidden Valley Ranch dip and Parmesan cheese are fast, easy, and kid-friendly!

With just a handful of ingredients and less than 15 minutes, your family will be devouring these slightly spicy, homemade snacks.

I heard about them from a friend, whose daughter is making and selling them at a Farmers’ Market for extra money over the summer. They’re a bit hit, needless to say.

Here’s all you do!

Hidden Valley Ranch Mini-Cracker Snacks Prep:

Melt 1/2 cup of butter in a microwave-safe dish. To that, add a packet of Hidden Valley Ranch dip, 2 1/2 T. of Parmesan cheese, and 1 1/2 t. of rosemary (optional). Feel free to add hot pepper flakes, for a spicier version; I’m not into that, so I didn’t.

I love the flavor of rosemary in baked goods, so I definitely added it. If your family isn’t sold on the flavor, omit it.

Mix everything together and add one box of mini-saltines to the mixture.

Allow to cool on two cookie sheets then store in a covered container. Trust me, though. They’ll be gone in no time!

These snacks are perfect as a side for soup or alone for snacking, on movie night.

If your local Farmers’ Market doesn’t have a vendor selling these, see how easy it is to make your own Hidden Valley Ranch Mini-Cracker Snacks?
