Looking for an easy, healthy, but tasty July 4th dessert?

Me, too – – That’s why I came up with this super-simple dessert!

Made with only four ingredients, it can be chilling in the fridge in no time.

July 4th Dessert Easy Prep:

Take a carton of fresh strawberries and cut off the crowns; then, wash thoroughly and slice into small, bite-sized pieces.

Next, slice two medium or large bananas into bite-sized pieces.

Finally, wash a container of fresh blueberries.

Combine all the fruit in a mixing bowl and add a couple of dollops of yogurt, whatever you like.

I buy the tube yogurt in cake batter flavor; it’s SO delicious! I added two tubes and stirred.

It tasted just like I had cake with the berries, even though I didn’t.

Serve in individual bowls.

As you may know, I buy organic produce whenever possible, so my berries were organic.

Feel free to use regular berries, though, if you have those on hand.

I never buy organic bananas; since the fruit is inside the peel, I feel safer buying and eating regular bananas.

Have a happy and safe holiday!
